# Workspace: Invite Users and Manage Permissions (View & Edit)

### Invite Members

You can invite your colleagues to join your organization. After your colleague receives and accepts the invitation, they can log in using their own email or Google account. Once logged in, they'll be able to **view or edit** the campaigns, depending on the access level you’ve granted them.

To do this, go to **My Dashboard** and click

on **“Invite Users”** available on the bottom left hand side in the "**Activity**" Panel

While inviting, you can also choose whether the member should have **View Access** or **Edit Access** using the permission dropdown.

If "Invite Sent" shows beside the user's email ID, it means he/ she hasn't accepted the invitation sent on email address.

If "Invite Sent" does not show beside the user's email ID, it means the user has accepted the invite sent on his/ her email address.

Your colleague will get an invitation to their email from “[**hello@rhym.io**](mailto:hello@rhym.io)**”**. To accept their invitation, they must click **Accept** button.

### Set Member Permissions (View or Edit)

To manage permissions for invited members, click on the “Settings” icon available on each campaign. You can now choose to either:\
• **Hide** the campaign from a member\
• **Allow View Access**\
• **Allow Edit Access**

Once permissions are set, invited members who have accepted their invitations will see the campaign under the same company/brand name in their Dashboard.

Depending on the access you’ve granted, they can either **view** or **edit** the campaign.

**Note:** You no longer need to share login credentials. Team members with **Edit Access** can now directly make changes to the campaign within their own account.
