  • Number of clicks on Campaigns - A click is counted when a user clicks & engages with your campaign. Clicking on play again button within the game, will not count for additional clicks

  • Unlimited Templates - You can use all templates available on Rhym Editor

  • Real Time User Analytics - Access to real time analytics around total sessions started/completed, unique users, final call-to-action clicks, lead data (if applicable), response distribution for quizzes (if applicable)

  • CNAME/Custom Domain - With CNAME, you can link a custom domain to your campaign URL

  • White label (remove Rhym Watermark) - Remove "Powered by Rhym" watermark from campaign. Watermark will be removed in Pro, Pro+, Premium & Enterprise Plans

  • Integrations - These are the integration available with different CRM & ad platforms Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Pixel

  • Brand Kit - It's a way for brands/agencies to add visual identity of brand in terms of color palette, frequently used to keep them readily available while designing campaigns. Feature is available in Pro+, Premium & Enterprise Plans

How do I create an interactive or gamified campaign with Rhym?

Can multiple users be added or invited to a campaign?

Absolutely, you have the ability to invite your colleagues to join your organization and assign view permissions for individual campaigns. For further details, please refer to this link

After your colleague receives and accepts the invitation, they can log in using their own email or Google account. Once logged in, they'll be able to view (not edit) all the campaigns to which you've granted them access.

You can assign campaign-specific access to members via "My Dashboard." To do so, locate the desired campaign and click on the settings icon associated with it, then select "Manage Visibility."

Troubleshoot: Why am I not able to edit background image?

Sometimes overlap with the static elements on the templates might hinder with the interactivity & ability to edit images in background. Worry not! Simply click on the checkbox labeled "Select to easily edit background," located beside the canvas. This will temporarily hide all static elements, allowing you to freely manipulate images and modify the background. Once you're finished, simply uncheck the box to restore the static elements to their original positions.

Can I track my campaign’s performance/analytics with Rhym?

Yes, Rhym provides detailed analytics on your campaign's performance and, as users actively interactive with the gamified & quiz campaigns, it collects valuable first-party data such as preferences for more precise retargeting.

Will Rhym campaign slow my site down?

Short Answer - Absolutely Not

Rhymit loads asynchronously so it doesn't prevent other elements on the page from loading.

If you test the loading of the Rhymbit iframe, you could see anywhere from a few milliseconds to ~100ms, which is a small load that is not usually noticeable to your end users.

How is Rhym priced?

We offer several pricing plans to fit the needs and budgets of different businesses & use cases. Our pricing model is primarily based on usage or the number of clicks generated by your campaigns. Additional costs may apply for premium add-on features, such as advanced analytics, brand-kit customization, and third-party integrations. How do I track the usage?

To monitor the total number of clicks across all your campaigns for the month, navigate to "My Dashboard.” Click gets recorded whenever any user/consumers clicks on your campaign link. See more details here

How to edit a published campaign?

Go to My Dashboard in header -> Click on the "Edit" cta available at an individual campaign level

What happens once no. of clicks or storage is exhausted in the plan?

No. of clicks exhausted When the number of clicks allocated in your plan has been fully utilized, you will not be able to publish new campaigns, and any live campaigns will be deactivated. We will regularly update you on your usage to help you manage your resources effectively. We recommend upgrading your plan in advance to prevent any interruptions Storage is exhausted

If you reach your storage limit, you will no longer be able to upload new images. To continue using, most effective way is to delete old campaigns which are not in use now

Do you have gamified popups?

We allow you to publish gamified experience as floating widget, clicking on which opens the popup where you are can access the gamified experience Alternatively you can use the embed code & embed it within any banner or any component on your website. See more details here

What is CNAME/Custom Domain?

CNAME, or Canonical Name is an entry in the Domain Name System (DNS) record that contains the address of your web page. With CNAME, you can link a custom domain to your game. See more details on setting up your CNAME here

What does the storage constitutes?

It counts the storage capacity of images & the campaigns that you have in your library. You can see your storage usage under "My Dashboard"

Do you provide API/REST API access?

The feature is not available yet but will be part of future roadmap

Does it integrate with Shopify?

Yes, it does! We have just recently launched our shopify plug-in of Rhym. You can check out the app listing page here.

What is meaning of a click or view in the pricing plans?

A click or view is counted when a user clicks on the campaign created by you. A click is only counted after the experience has fully loaded; if the user exits before loading is complete, the click will not be recorded. Also, "Play Again" clicks within the game are NOT counted as extra
