Invite Members

You can invite your colleagues to join your organization. After your colleague receives and accepts the invitation, they can log in using their own email or Google account. Once logged in, they'll be able to view (not edit) all the campaigns to which you've granted them access.

To do this, go to My Dashboard and click

on “Invite Users” available on the bottom left hand side in the "Activity" Panel

You will see an invitation window. Enter an email of your teammate/colleague. Remove members by clicking on remove in front of their name.

If "Invite Sent" shows beside the user's email ID, it means he/ she hasn't accepted the invitation sent on email address.

If "Invite Sent" does not show beside the user's email ID, it means the user has accepted the invite sent on his/ her email address.

Set View Permissions

To set the view permission for invited members click on "Settings" icon available on each campaign to either hide or allow access of campaign for each member

Set the view permissions for all the colleagues who are invited & have also accepted the invitation

Your colleague will now be able to see the campaign in their Dashboard also under same company/brand name. They can just view the campaign & not edit it.

Please Note: If you want a team member to be able to edit the campaign, you can provide the log in credentials to the respective person(s)

Your colleague will get an invitation to their email from “”. To accept their invitation, they must click Accept button.

Please note: Once the users are invited, you need to give view access to those members at a campaign level
