Shopify Customer List

If your eCommerce is built on Shopify, you can also add new customers automatically to your account every time a new user interacts & completes the game/ quiz etc built on Rhym.

NOTE: In order to collect the customer information, don't forget to add a "Lead Form". Remember to add atleast 1 out of the 3 input fields of

  1. Name

  2. Email

  3. Phone No

Let's quickly learn on how you can pass data collected in your Rhym experiences to enrich your Shopify Customer List & enable precise retargeting & higher conversion!

  1. Click on "Add Integrations" available inside the editor view on top right

  1. Click on "Shopify Customer List" from the list

  2. "Customer Tag": This field will help you segment the leads received from Rhym in your "Shopify Customer Segment"

  • The "Campaign Name" entered by you in the beginning will act as a default customer tag. You can always edit the "Customer Tag" if you want to keep different names for the "campaign" and "customer tag" to make it more intuitive.

  1. Once you've successfully published the campaign on your shopify store, let's see how adding a unique "Customer Tag" will help you segregate the leads received in that particular campaign. Go to "Customers" on your shopify portal. "Apply Filter" of "Customer Tag"

    Let's say you've added "test" as the "Customer Tag" for a campaign. This is how by applying the filter of Customer Tag you would be able to track the leads received through the campaign created on Rhym

  2. "Email Subscription": This field becomes relevant if you've added the "Email" field in your "Lead Form". Assuming that the email input is there, then we give you the option to decide the default email subscription type of the new leads that you collect.

  • If you choose to mark the emails as "Subscribed", make sure to take consent from the users in order to comply with the legalities. You can take the consent in two ways:

    1. Add the check box of Terms & Conditions and you can rephrase the default text to something like: "I agree to receive marketing content"

    2. If you don't want to add the extra step for the users to tick the checkbox, you can simply add a text to keep the users informed about the same. "By providing your email you agree to receive marketing content"

  1. Click on "Save". That's it, You're all set with the Shopify Customer List Integration! Please note: You will need to ensure you have accepted the Customer Scope when downloading "Rhym". If you have not we will redirect to Shopify to accept the scope and return to "Rhym" to complete the integration.
